At the Heart of Nashville’s ‘Little Italy’ in the 12 South District

Corrieri’s Formaggeria was created through our desire to obtain and work with specialty foods that were not available here in Nashville. I, and my partners, have always had a yearning to offer the best quality food, prepared with the highest standards, served with the best service and consumed with the best of friends and family. We desire to share that yearning with you. Since the opening of Corrieri’s Formaggeria in 2005, there have been many challenges and opportunities, but one theme has remained constant: Corrieri’s desires to be known as the best gourmet food store in Nashville and by extension, the best party planners and caterers in Middle Tennessee.
       We are working to achieve that goal by purchasing the best available products from the best available producers. Usually that means using local ingredients, from local farmers, that have a minimal amount of processing. When the best item isn’t available from a local producer, we seek out products from the vanguard of the gourmet food industry. We use Atkins Ranch Lamb in New Zealand, Snake River Farms beef, fresh fish from Browne Trading Company and Hudson Valley for ducks and foie gras.
       Once we locate and procure the best products, we strive to prepare our food in a way that lets the quality shine through. That skill comes from our training and travels all over the world. We have very thoroughly and thoughtfully composed a menu that we feel best illustrates our desire to offer high quality food products and delicacies. We offer dishes that allow our palates to explore the very simple as well as the complex. From a simple assortment of sandwiches to a lavish dinner of butter poached lobster appetizers followed by sautéed sweetbreads and finished with Mille Fille Framboise, let us share our passion with you.

We here at Corrieri’s Formaggeria are more than just a resource for great imported specialties and gourmet American Artisanal foodstuffs. We also know how to plan, organize and execute a great party. Let us plan a party or an event for you so you can focus on your client or guests, impress the boss and your clients or just have a great time so that you will not have to worry about the details. Boxed Lunches

All Boxed Lunches come with Choice of White Truffle Potato Chips, Pesto Pasta Salad or Fruit Salad and a Chocolate Chip Cookie.
The bread used for all sandwiches is our house-made foccaccia. Other bread could be used upon request.
All Boxed Lunches are $8.99 plus tax. Delivery is not included.

10K Lira Sandwich

A real Italian sub. Loads of Prosciutto Cotto, Salami Toscano, Mortadella, Coppa and Sopressata. For cheese we add Provolone and Mozzarella. For flavoring we add Spinach and Peppadew Peppers. All served in a big hunk of Foccacia, drizzled with Balsamic Vinegar, Olive Oil, Kosher Salt, freshly cracked Black Pepper and Italian Seasonings.

Sir Signore

With no disrespect to our Francophile friends, I think our Italian version of the ‘Croque Monsieur’ is the ultimate ham and cheese. We use our house made Foccacia, Prosciutto Cotto, Provolone Cheese, our homemade Mayonnaise and a touch of Dijon to great effect.

Volentari

A new addition to Corrieri's Kitchen. Porchetta, Provolone, Red & Yellow Peppers, Sundried Tomato, and Salt & Pepper. Is a bright awakening for your taste buds. Try on the panini grill to bring out the flavors.

La Capra

A great vegetarian item. A goat cheese with, Red Peppers, Yellow Peppers, Salt and Pepper finished with a drizzle of Honey.

Caprese

Lighter side of the day, try our Caprese! Basil, Roma Tomatoes, Buffalo Mozzarella, and Balsamic Vinegar.

The Uni

Something Small and Mighty. It's our new Turkey Wrap. Turkey, Homemade Mayonnaise, Roma Tomatoes, Spinach, and Italian Pesto Cheddar.
